Lower Bad Cholesterol in One Month Without
Drugs
If you've cleaned out a clogged bathroom pipe before, you have some
idea what the inside of a guy's veins look like when he has high
cholesterol. Luckily, you can fix the problem -- and you don't need a
pipe wrench to do it. A simple veggie diet, followed for just one
month, can lower your bad cholesterol by as much as 29%! (And if
you're already on LDL-lowering drugs like Lipitor, Zocor, or Mevacor,
this will just add to their benefit.) Cleaner pipes in 30 days -- now
doesn't that sound appealing?
